Basic's "Kuro (Black) Concept," this gear set is compatible with Ver. 2, Ver. 3, and Ver. 6 gearboxes, and features the industry's first spiral gears and all-helical gears. With gear ratios of 18:1, 16:1, 13:1, 12:1, and 9:1 (DSG), a total of 5 types are available, including conventional spur gear types, expanding customization options to 10 variations.

This ensures optimal performance without the hassle of combining products from different manufacturers.
【Changes for Higher Speed and Easier Tuning】 To accommodate motors with instantaneously rising RPMs like brushless motors, improved electronic trigger response, and pre-cocking, the tappet pin position on the sector gear has been moved to a delayed position compared to conventional designs. This increases the flexibility and simplicity of tappet plate settings.
Sector cutting is primarily based on cutting from the front tooth, allowing for settings that minimize changes in cutoff timing while adjusting the relationship between nozzle opening timing and the piston. Additionally, nozzle closing timing can be adjusted by cutting the lower part of the tappet plate's fin, increasing the freedom of processing shape and making nozzle control easier.
Note: There are differences from conventional settings, so please test thoroughly before use.

【Gear Ratio Lineup】 18:1: Standard gear ratio for balanced performance. 16:1: Improves firing cycle and provides moderate torque. 13:1: Ideal for users seeking high-speed firing. 12:1: Further pursuit of increased firing speed. 9:1 (DSG): Dual Sector Gear specification for incredible rate of fire and crisp semi-auto shots due to short stroke. *The gear ratio of the 9:1 (DSG) set is 18:1, but since the sector gear performs double the action, the effective gear ratio is 9:1.
【Caution】 ・The piston-pulling teeth of the sector gear are 16 spur teeth (8 teeth for DSG). ・Installation may require processing or adjustment.
