FALCON FQ50L 2.0
The FALCON FQ50L 2.0 is a state-of-the-art, top-class thermal monocular device that incorporates a built-in LRF (Laser Rangefinder) lens and features a traditional, luxurious cylindrical design. Equipped with a 640-detector and a 50mm/F0.9 lens, the FQ50L 2.0 offers a basic magnification of 2.7x, and its built-in 1000m rangefinder LRF enables accurate judgment.

FALCON 2.0 Series
The upgraded FALCON 2.0 series of thermal monoculars features a laser rangefinder module and maintains a traditional, luxurious cylindrical design, making it ideal for those who prefer a classic style.

What is the difference between FALCON and FALCON 2.0?

• NETD (Thermal Resolution)
  While the thermal sensors in the conventional FALCON series could detect temperature differences of 0.02°C, the FALCON 2.0 features a highly sensitive sensor capable of identifying temperature differences as small as 0.015°C.
  
  
• Proprietary Shutterless Technology
  A feature previously introduced in the high-end THUNDER 3.0 and STELLAR 3.0 models has been incorporated into this series.
  
  
• Newly Developed Rear Focus Wheel
  The FALCON 2.0 Series adopts a new focusing wheel mechanism that allows for natural index finger focus adjustment when holding the device.
  
  
• 0.49-inch High-Resolution OLED Display
  Equipped with a 0.49-inch 1920x1080 Full HD OLED (Organic Light-Emitting Diode) display, which is 25% larger than the conventional FALCON models.
  
  
• Monochrome Image Palette

FALCON FQ50L 2.0 Product Features

■ Rangefinder Built-in Lens (FQ50L only!)
The laser rangefinder module is integrated into the lens unit without compromising the simple cylindrical design.This laser rangefinder built-in lens design allows the FALCON FQ50L 2.0 to accurately measure target distances up to 1000m (accuracy ±1m) and simultaneously display horizontal data.

■ Achieves NETD (Thermal Resolution) of less than 15mK
The FALCON 2.0 Series features a highly sensitive sensor with NETD (Noise Equivalent Temperature Difference) of less than 15mK, meaning it can distinguish temperature differences as small as 0.015°C. This excellent thermal resolution allows for clear capture of animal and human details and behaviors in any environment, and provides clear and easy-to-distinguish images against the background.

■ Innovative Shutterless Imaging System
Thermal devices typically incorporate a shutter to compensate for variations in pixel sensitivity and the effects of environmental temperature changes, which usually causes the image to temporarily freeze (pause) during each compensation. HIKMICRO has successfully developed and implemented the innovative "HIKMICRO Shutterless Imaging System (HSIS)" in this series to overcome this challenge. It eliminates image freezing that obstructs observation while maintaining high image quality, allowing continuous capture of subjects without missing a moment.
※ While a shutter module is built-in for automatic adjustment to maintain high image quality when powering on or during rapid temperature changes, it does not frequently operate during normal observation.

■ 0.49-inch High-Resolution OLED Display Enhances Immersion
Equipped with a 0.49-inch 1920x1080 Full HD OLED (Organic Light-Emitting Diode) display, which is 25% larger than the conventional FALCON models. It clearly depicts not only the subject but also background details, enhancing immersion. The display can be selected from circular and square shapes according to preference.

■ Proprietary Image Processing Algorithm "Image Pro"
HIKMICRO's independently developed image processing algorithm "Image Pro" optimally enhances digital images, rendering both subjects and backgrounds with high definition. Furthermore, "Zoom Pro" maintains detail and smooth edges during digital zoom, allowing for quick target acquisition.

■ Monochrome Image Palette
In addition to the traditional display, new "red" and "green" monochrome image palettes have been added, which are easier on the eyes and less fatiguing for observation in dark environments, and can be selected according to your preference. They reduce screen glare and eye strain in complete darkness.

The latest upgraded replaceable and rechargeable high-capacity 21700 battery provides over 6 hours of continuous operation*, eliminating the need for additional equipment or weight. Battery life can be further extended by enabling smart automatic screen off and standby functions. External power supply is also supported.

■ Highly durable magnesium alloy housing and metal lens cover
