CYMA Plus eligible products are covered by the following warranty and support:
【Peace of Mind Warranty】
・Repair Warranty: 180 days
【Repair Warranty Details】
・Free repair for firing operation issues due to internal parts breakage, including parts and labor.
・Exterior parts breakage will be repaired for a fee, only if parts supply is possible.
・When requesting a repair, please contact us in advance.
・We may decline repairs if the fault condition cannot be confirmed or if the repair is difficult.
【Warranty Terms】
・Warranty covers only CYMA Plus series products sold by our company.
・Warranty is void if disassembly or modification by the customer or a third party is confirmed (paid repair).
・Damage or malfunction due to customer's negligence is not covered by warranty (paid repair).
【After Warranty Period】
・Even after the warranty period, we will provide as much support as possible for product issues, including repair services and parts procurement.
【Shipping Costs】
・Except for initial defects, customers are responsible for shipping costs for sending items to us.
・We will cover the shipping cost for returning repaired items.
・We may refuse to accept items sent freight collect without our instruction.

・Please keep your delivery note when ordering. It will be required for warranty claims.
・Parts procurement may take time.
