【Peace of Mind Warranty】
・Repair Warranty: 180 days
【Repair Warranty Details】
・For firing operation issues due to internal parts damage, parts and labor costs are free of charge.
・For exterior parts damage, paid repair is available only if parts supply is possible.
・When requesting a repair, please contact us in advance.
・We may refuse repair if the fault cannot be confirmed or if repair is difficult.
【Warranty Terms】
・Warranty applies only to CYMA Plus series products sold by our company.
・Warranty will be void (paid repair) if disassembly or modification by the customer or a third party is confirmed.
・Warranty will be void (paid repair) for damage or malfunction due to customer negligence.
【After Warranty Period Expires】
・Even after the warranty period, we will provide as much support as possible for repair requests, parts procurement, and any issues or malfunctions related to the product.
【Regarding Shipping Costs】
・Except for initial defects, customers are responsible for shipping costs.
・When returning repaired items, we will cover the shipping costs.
・We may refuse to accept items sent C.O.D. without our prior instruction.
