・Repair Warranty: 180 days
【Repair Warranty Details】
・Free parts and labor for firing operation issues due to internal part damage.
・Damage to exterior parts will be repaired at cost, only if parts are available.
・When requesting a repair, please contact us beforehand.
・Repairs may be declined if the fault cannot be verified or if repair is deemed difficult.
【Warranty Policy】
・Warranty applies only to CYMA Plus series products sold by us.
・Warranty will be voided (chargeable repair) if disassembly or modification by the customer or a third party is confirmed.
・Damage or malfunction due to customer negligence is not covered by warranty (chargeable repair).
【After Warranty Period】
・Even after the warranty period, we will provide support for issues or malfunctions related to the product, including repair services and parts procurement, as much as possible.
【Shipping Costs】
・Except for initial defects, customers are responsible for shipping costs for sending items to us.
・We will cover shipping costs for returning repaired items.
・We may refuse to accept items sent with cash on delivery without our instruction.
