[PDI] Vacuum Piston for Tokyo Marui VSR-10

The body is made of durable aluminum alloy, the ring is made of durable POM with excellent sliding properties because it comes into contact with the cylinder, and the rear end is made of carbon steel because it is the part that bears the most stress and is attached to the sear. By using the right materials in the right places, we have created an ideal piston in terms of durability. This product also features a vacuum system that eliminates the "air pullback" (negative pressure) that occurs behind the BB bullet when fired. This prevents the bullet from spinning incorrectly, reducing collisions within the barrel and resulting in a straighter trajectory.

*Note: Regarding POM part colors:
Due to a shortage of raw materials (POM), it is becoming difficult to procure materials.
The color of the piston ring (POM) of the product you receive will be either white (POM) or black (POM) depending on the situation.

*Genuine springs (thin diameter) cannot be used.
*It is possible to use the genuine cylinder, but we do not recommend it after disassembling the cylinder as the installation of the cylinder head will be unstable.
*Since the VSR-10 uses a special trigger system, cocking may become difficult after installation.
*The design was changed due to a change in lot in January 2021.

There are no changes to the materials used.
-Although there have been design changes, manufacturer testing has confirmed that the initial velocity and other specifications are the same as before the design change.

*Compatibility of various pistons with RAVEN cylinders
PDI pistons are manufactured with optimal dimensions to match the corresponding cylinders. While they can generally be used, fine adjustments may be required if pistons from other series are used. This is due to subtle differences in the inner diameter depending on the type of cylinder PDI obtains. The balance between the cylinder inner diameter and the piston outer diameter (O-ring) is critical, and the tolerance range changes when the material is changed. We manufacture pistons that are compatible with each product to fill these "differences." We appreciate your understanding.
