This V2 gearbox is designed exclusively for DSG (Dual Sector Gear), a special gear that cocks twice in one rotation.

Since DSG only pulls the piston a maximum of nine teeth's stroke, most of the conventional cylinder was dead space, and the piston rail also only engaged for a nine-tooth stroke, causing irregular wear over long-term use.

Therefore, this gearbox shortens the cylinder to make up for the unused stroke and extends the piston rail.

The package includes a dedicated stainless steel cylinder with a total length of 52 mm.

In addition, regular single sector gears can be used as long as they have up to 9 teeth.

Please note that this gearbox is designed from the start with an electronic trigger (compatible with various companies such as Jefftron, GATE, Shiranui Shoten, etc.) and is not compatible with physical switches that use cut-off levers.

Furthermore, this gearbox has a guide bearing placed on top of the piston to reduce resistance when the piston retracts, improving cycle and response even slightly.

The wiring guard under the motor tower/pinion gear is still in good condition.
It is a perfect match for the wiring of the electronic trigger.

The shaft hole size is Φ8mm H7 (0 to +15μm).
Please use either press-fit or anaerobic adhesive depending on the bearing you are using.
When gluing, we recommend using Loctite 638 + Primer 7471.

The tightening torque for the M3 screws that secure the gearbox is
0.63N･m (manufacturer's guaranteed value 1.2N･m or less).
We recommend using a torque driver for assembly.

【Note】
Not compatible with Classic Army electric guns or Tokyo Marui genuine receivers.
This is only compatible with receivers that slide the upper receiver from the front, such as metal receivers from various manufacturers.

Please use genuine Tokyo Marui or compliant cylinder heads.
Do not use cylinder heads made by G&G or that have rubber dampers attached between them and the gearbox, as this will create a gap between them and the gearbox, causing damage.
