Product Description
This is a TN barrel equipped with a large-bore rectifier, compatible with the Tokyo Marui Next-Generation Electric Gun series (MP5A4 / MP5A5 / MP5SD6) as well as the EVOLT M4A1 Carbine / FPR-Mk4.

It features a structure integrating a high-precision 6.04mm inner diameter TN barrel for the front section, and a 50mm large-bore extension with a 7.5mm inner diameter at the muzzle side. This high-performance model combines the accuracy of a TN barrel with the rectifying effect of the large-bore section.

▍What is a TN Barrel?

The flagship "TN Barrel" from KM products uses carefully selected brass. It features our proprietary "TN Coating," applied through a unique process that adjusts the coating thickness inside the hollow bore via electro-deposition, achieving extremely high dimensional accuracy based on a 6.04mm inner diameter.

▍History of the TN Barrel

Since its launch in 1989, the TN barrel has been a long-selling series that has remained in our lineup continuously. It is loved by many airsoft users for its consistent quality and high dimensional accuracy resulting from domestic manufacturing.

▍Hop Groove Machining

The hop groove requires extremely precise machining.
While typical hop groove machining is done mostly via end mills on lathes,
we use an electrical discharge machine (EDM) to process each groove individually,
despite the additional time and cost involved.
*Some products featuring holes or specific designs may use end-mill processing.

▍TN Coating

TN coating is a special Teflon-based coating formulated with various additives. It offers superior anti-friction and sliding properties, achieving higher durability than standard electroplating.

Furthermore, it is resistant to dirt accumulation, offering excellent maintainability and making it easy to maintain performance with regular cleaning.

▍Large-Bore Rectifier System

The 50mm section at the muzzle is integrated with a 7.5mm large-bore extension.

After the BB gains sufficient spin and acceleration through the high-precision 6.04mm barrel, it enters the larger, non-contact barrel. Inside the large-bore section, the compressed air following the BB is rectified, suppressing turbulence as it exits the muzzle. By reducing unnecessary lateral forces applied to the BB, improved trajectory stability can be expected.

▍Field Performance

In addition to the excellent grouping performance of the high-precision 6.04mm TN barrel, the large-bore rectifier structure streamlines the airflow near the muzzle.

This model combines acceleration performance with control of the airflow just before firing, pursuing stability in muzzle velocity, straighter trajectory, and improved grouping at medium to long distances. We recommend this TN barrel to users who prioritize actual shooting performance as an upgrade from a stock barrel.
