The 559 is designed for use with Gen-I through III night vision systems and features a quick-release, adjustable detach mount. The activation button is located on the side of the sight, allowing for the use of EOTech switch-to-side magnifiers. Replacement Laser Battery Caps (LBC and LBC2) are designed to fit this model, facilitating targeting capabilities day or night.
