・We may decline repairs if the malfunction cannot be confirmed or if repair is difficult.
【Warranty Provisions】
・Warranty applies only to CYMA Plus series products sold by us
・Disassembly or modification by the customer or a third party will void the warranty (paid repair)
・Damage or malfunction due to customer's negligence is not covered by the warranty (paid repair)
【After Warranty Period】
・Even after the warranty period, we will provide as much support as possible for product problems or malfunctions, including repair services and parts ordering.
