The Versatile series, which means multi-purpose, adds to the traditional CAT features such as a magazine housing exchange mechanism, a lightweight body made of reinforced resin, and a sophisticated body design.

The second in the series, the 10s AK, is an innovative model equipped with a modular "Variable Handguard" and a slim, lightweight "Trellis Folding Stock" that can also store a battery.

All panels of the handguard are removable! (Note: The rearrangement shown in the image uses a separately sold product.)

The gas block that secures the panel can also be removed, moved, and rearranged freely.

The stock is equipped with the newly developed "Trellis Folding Stock."

It is extremely lightweight because it is made of polyamide resin (the butt plate is rubber) except for the folding base.

■ Modular, "Variable Handguard"

The Variable Hand Guard, developed from ideas gained through Mac Sakai's experience building race guns, is not only suitable for a variety of styles but can also be configured to achieve the minimum necessary configuration.

The handguard panel can be removed with just one hex wrench, and can be replaced with a separately sold panel, or the left and right sides can be removed, allowing for customization in a variety of styles.

You can freely customize it to your liking, such as using full Picatinny or removing only the left and right sides.

■ Lightweight and slim "Trellis Stock" that can also store batteries

Equipped with CAT "Trellis Folding Stock" made of reinforced nylon resin PA66/GF30, which is both lightweight and strong.

By sliding the cheek pads, you can access the battery storage space that is compatible with stick-type LiPo batteries.It is also foldable, and when folded, it can be shortened by 215mm.

■ The smallest QD sling swivel in its class

In response to popular demand, we have newly developed the smallest QD sling swivel compatible with CAT's Picatinny stock base and it comes standard.

■ Versatile magazine housing exchange system

The magazine housing can be easily replaced without tools.

It uses a multi-magazine system that allows you to use various magazines, such as 9mm or M4, depending on your mood that day.

■ Split-type gearbox & real takedown mechanism

In conventional AR15-type electric guns, the rear end of the gearbox is hidden by the lower receiver.

Therefore, when installing a takedown mechanism, the rear end would get caught, so in the past it was necessary to deform the receiver shape or install a unique mechanism.

In order to reproduce a realistic takedown mechanism within the dimensions of a typical electric AR15 receiver, CAT shortened the piston stroke and shortened the rear end of the upper gearbox.

This allows for realistic takedown without compromising the appearance.

  Previously, pre-cocking was controlled electronically, but CAT has recreated this completely mechanically, without relying on electronic components.
  When pre-cocking mechanically, there was a problem in that the amount of piston recoil could vary greatly depending on the internal settings and battery.
  
  To address this issue, the MAP sector gear was developed.
  
  The ability to precisely adjust the cutoff cam angle allows for flexible response to changes in performance due to internal settings, battery, etc.

• Split Gearbox & Realistic Takedown Mechanism <br>The gearbox and receiver structure are completely newly designed. To accommodate the mechanical variable pre-cocking adjustment, it is equipped with a takedown function just like a real gun.
  
  It is designed to use existing standard parts as much as possible, making it suitable for internal customization.
  *Due to the short piston stroke, two sector gears have been cut.

• Performance comparable to a custom gun
  The motor, the heart of an electric gun, is SPARK 's original INAZUMA motor (a high-performance motor made in Japan that has earned a high reputation for its customization). It is equipped with a hard pinion gear that is extremely quiet.
  
  The accuracy is such that it can hit headshots on at least 7 out of 10 man targets 30m away, making it suitable for use on the front lines even without customization.

• Sensual trigger feeling
  The synergistic effect of the mechanical variable pre-cocking and microswitch system creates a sear trigger with a clicking feel similar to that of a real gun or gas gun.
  
  Furthermore, the IWS Trigger for micro V2, developed for the micro switch, has a multifaceted design that can be used in any shooting position.
  
  Since it is clear how far the gun needs to be pulled to fire, this not only allows for more accurate shooting, but also appeals to human sensibilities that cannot be achieved with electronic control. Please try out pre-cocking shooting.
