Raizen 01 Inner Barrel
Inner diameter 6.01mm
Outer diameter 8.55mm
SUS304

VSR-ONE compatible 200mm

*This product is an inner barrel for VSR, and is a type with a "bridge (marked BR)" on the chamber side.
*Please replace the O-ring at the tip to prevent vibration with the original one, or use an alternative product from the same company.

The industry's highest quality SUS304 barrel, the "Raizen" series
The Raizen barrel is made from the ultra-precision material "SUS304" produced using Japan's proud semi-conductor manufacturing technology.
Da Vinci's unique surface roughness setting, with a tolerance of ±0.005mm, was achieved through collaboration with a company headquartered in Tokyo.
For machining, we use Star Micronics multi-tasking machines - 8 axes (X, Y, Z1, A, B, C, E, Z2) - and use the optimal tools to cut and reproduce the drawings down to the smallest detail. For the finishing polishing, we use machines and craftsmen in a system that does not allow for any compromise, resulting in a quality that cannot be imitated by other companies.

Ultra-tight setting "6.01mm" for excellent initial velocity
The basic concept is that the smaller the clearance between the inner diameter and the bullet, the greater the pressure from the rear, and the higher the muzzle velocity (the faster the bullet flies).
The 6.01mm inner diameter is calculated to maximize the clearance for 6mm BB bullets, allowing for maximum pressure. However, due to the ultra-tight setting, it is designed for precision bullets. There is a possibility of jamming with inferior bullets.

Adopts "Bridge type (BR)" that conforms to the VSR genuine inner barrel

Following the release of the VSR-ONE, Tokyo Marui has commercialized the original "bridge model," which was previously only available in the non-bridge VSR lineup.
The "window" through which the chamber-side hop-up packing descends is tapered at 45 degrees to take into account the possibility of contact with the rubber, and is designed to make contact as softly as possible.

Special tapered processing for improved performance
The muzzle has been tapered, just like the Guren 2. The tapered processing efficiently expels air and converts it into energy that pushes the bullet out, while also creating a straightened airflow and improving accuracy.

The shape of the muzzle side is the same "tapered" shape as the "Guren 2".
The O-ring groove at the tip of the VSR-ONE is also reproduced.
*O-rings are not included with this product. Please remove the original O-rings and use them.

Notice of change in engraving position
Currently, inner barrels are made using multiple CNC machines, and there are lots with different engraving positions depending on the model.
Please understand that this will depend on the strengths and weaknesses of each machine.

At Raizen, we have established an internal diameter inspection point "after polishing" as an inspection standard .
In particular, we physically check to see if any burrs generated during processing have affected the inner diameter.
The polishing is then checked again by the "human eye" of a select few craftsmen in charge of polishing.
Up to this point, the items are the same as those for Guren, but the surface roughness pass criteria are one level stricter, and roughness that occurs in the material is strictly selected.
The reason why Raizen is a high-end barrel is not only the cost of the materials, but also the time it takes to select them and the amount of rejected material.
Therefore, the bottle you receive will be a carefully selected item.

Regarding patterns (cutter marks, blade marks, etc.) that occur during processing and do not affect use,
After going through the above checks, the craftsman has given his permission, so please use it with confidence.
