The cocking piece is an assembly type. Please read the following carefully before starting the assembly.
- Place the legs of the cocking piece in the notch in the shaft hole so that they face forward.
- With the spring still in place, insert the cocking piece into the groove in the bolt carrier. The longer leg of the spring should be U-shaped (upper) and the shorter leg should be L-shaped (lower).
- Insert the shaft while paying attention to the direction and position of the spring, and secure the cocking piece and spring in place.
*Once the shaft is inserted, it cannot be removed. Be careful not to forget to insert the spring and pay attention to the orientation.
*The cocking piece is a moving part. If it is not moving properly, please maintain it with grease or oil.
