Product Description

Tanaka Works Smith & Wesson M360SC (Scandium) .357 Magnum 1-7/8 inch Heavyweight Cerakote Model Gun

The M360 series is also recognized as a gun used by Japanese police officers. The actual gun is the Air Lite series of the M36 Chief Special, a lightweight model with a scandium alloy frame and titanium cylinder. Despite its light weight, the stainless steel barrel liner allows it to chamber powerful .357 Magnum ammunition, despite its size.

The previous model gun we created was a limited edition with an ABS base and a Cerakote finish to recreate its light weight. However, we received requests for a heavy-weight version, so we decided to make it an all-heavyweight model.

Also, because this is a firing model, we chose Cerakote from Suzutomo, known for its hardness. The cylinder and frame are painted differently to replicate the real thing. The side plates are engraved with a "21 Electrons" mark and indicate that they are part of the Air Lite series. The trigger and hammer are case-hardened.

We will produce a limited number of high-end models made with heavy weight resin + ALL Cerakote and with a focus on attention to detail.
