An industry first! We have started home delivery rental, which has been requested by many customers!

We have had many customers, both corporate and individual, purchase B2i series products from our store. Among these, one of the most common requests and inquiries has been about temporary product rental.

B2i is unique in that it can be played safely and easily by multiple people regardless of age or gender, but each person needs their own set of B2i devices to play.

Until now, if you wanted to play with a large group of people using B2i, you had to either gather together with other users who already had the device, or go to a facility such as a local airsoft field that offered rental services.

However, there are many users who don't know anyone who has the device, whose nearby field doesn't carry the B2i, or who don't even bother to go to a survival game field in the first place. So, even if they're interested, they may find the barrier to entry to playing surprisingly high.

This pistol-shaped device can house the B2i transmitter from the basic set. Even if you don't have a 14mm reverse-threaded airsoft gun, you can still play with this device. It's lighter and more compact than attaching a transmitter to an airsoft gun, and its design makes it instantly recognizable as a toy, so even children can hold it in one hand and play safely.

When multiple players are divided into teams and playing against each other, it can be difficult to distinguish between allies and enemies. By using color-coded markers for each team and wearing them on your wrist, you can easily distinguish between allies and enemies while playing.

1 lipo battery charger (can charge up to 2 batteries at the same time)

This is a charger for the LiPo battery for the transmitter in the basic set. Depending on the remaining capacity of the battery, charging will be completed in about an hour. Two batteries can be charged at the same time, saving time.

*The battery (450mAh capacity) in the basic set is delivered fully charged, so there is little chance of the battery running out if you only use it for one day, but if you use it for two nights or more, please use a charger accordingly to avoid running out of charge. If the battery runs out during the rental period and you are unable to use the device because you do not have a charger, we will not refund the fee for the remaining rental period.

<B2i rental procedure>

To rent a B2i, first contact us with your desired rental date, the items you wish to rent, and the number of items you wish to rent. We can respond via email, chat, or phone. To avoid any issues with not being able to meet your desired date, please contact us at least five business days before the rental start date (excluding weekends).

After confirming your inquiry, we will provide you with a quote based on the rental items.

Once you have accepted our estimate, we will ask you to provide a copy of your ID (driver's license, My Number card, etc.). If you are a corporate or organizational customer, please provide the ID of the representative.

After presenting your ID, you will be asked to pay the rental fee. Payment must be made in advance via bank transfer or PayPal (credit card payment). Please note that we will initially require a deposit (security deposit) of 70% of the rental item's retail price (tax included) to cover damage, loss, or late returns of the rental item.

For example, when renting one basic set, we will take an initial deposit of 14,014 yen. The deposit will be settled after the rental item is returned to our store, and the remaining amount will be refunded using the same method as when you paid. In the above example, if you return the item on time without any loss or damage, we will refund the remaining amount of 10,054 yen after deducting the rental fee of 3,960 yen.

The minimum rental period for B2i is two days and one night. However, please consider the day of delivery as an extra day for preparations such as checking operation and zeroing in.

Even if you specify morning delivery, unexpected delays can occur, and it takes some time before you can start using it that day, so we count the second day and beyond as the actual day of use. Of course, there's no problem with playing from the first day if you have the time, but if you're renting for an event, for example, it's generally difficult to start using it fully from the first day if you're renting for one night and two days. We cannot guarantee the delivery time on the first day.

Please note that the capacity of the transmitter battery and the built-in battery of the receiver included in the basic set is likely to require charging after two days of full-scale use. If you do not have a charger for the LiPo battery used in the transmitter, please rent one as well.

*Please be sure to ship your return item on the last day of the rental period. Shipping refers to the completion of handing it over to the delivery company. The date and time of receipt written on the return delivery slip will be considered the return date, so as long as you hand it over to the delivery company by the due date, it is not a problem even if the item itself is not moved on that day. For every day that the return is delayed, an extended stay fee will be charged from the deposit we received.

*If you will be returning the item later than the scheduled date, please contact us as soon as possible.

*If the returned product is found to be missing or damaged, the original price (tax included) of the product will be deducted from the deposit.

*Please note that if you rent the basic set for 12 consecutive nights or more, it will be cheaper to purchase the product.
