TN Barrel - High-precision, high-durability flagship inner barrel

KM Kikaku's flagship product, the "TN Barrel", is a high-precision inner barrel made from carefully selected brass material and treated with a unique "TN coating". With an inner diameter of 6.04mm as a standard, it is designed to minimize inner diameter error to the extreme through a unique electrodeposition adjustment manufacturing method.

Carefully crafted HOP groove processing
While end mill processing is generally common for HOP grooves, KM Kikaku uses a "submerged EDM machine" to carefully process each one. This ensures uniform HOP application and stable trajectory.

Features of TN coating
TN coating is a coating based on Teflon with special additives.
